Public health and development professional with over 25 years of progressive experience spanning HIV/AIDS policy development, strategic planning, programme management, and community development in Zambia. Proven track record in leading national policy frameworks, coordinating multisectoral stakeholder engagement, and conducting applied research. Holds a PhD in Business Management and Administration with expertise in corporate social responsibility. Adept at capacity building, institutional strengthening, and translating evidence into actionable policy across government, multilateral, and civil society sectors.
Co-Consultant / Deputy
Results-oriented development specialist with over 15 years of multi-sector experience spanning public health, WASH, environment and conservation, governance, and socio-economic programming. Currently Safeguards & Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning Officer for the WWF/GEF Sustainable Luangwa Project. MBA in Project Management (UNZA), Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation (Cavendish University Zambia).
